After Google launched Music Beta and then Apple released the iCloud, it seemed it was only a matter of time before another big name player stepped up and presented another alternative to the ever growing music cloud phenomenon.
Amazon just launched their version of a cloud music player, that will be intertwined with the cloud drive they released a couple months back. The service will allow users to upload music and other files, and have the ability to access those files from any other mobile device.
Like the Apple iCloud, any music that has been bought through amazon will be automatically uploaded to the users storage, while not counting towards the users storage quota. The Amazon Cloud Drive will start by giving customers 5GB of free storage (bumped up to 20GB if you purchase an MP3 album), where as storage plans will start $20 a year for 20GB.
